What information from the My Account page that I input can other users see?

How can I tell how many active (approved and live) tattoos that I have on ChooseTattoos.com?
TopIf you go into the My Account profile page, you can see the status of each tattoo that you have submitted to us that has been approved. Please note that if a tattoo says inactive in red next to it, this means that we originally accepted your tracks and that our back end editors (upon a second or tertiary review) decided to inactivate your content.

Does the site automatically extract IPTC metadata from my image files?
TopYES. The site will extract IPTC fields and map them to ChooseTattoo's fields. Simply input your Titles, Decriptions, and Keywords locatlly in your JPEG IPTC and our system will auto-extract this info for you and populate the corresponding fields on our site during the upload process.

Can you create an FTP account on your server for me so that I can just FTP in my entire portfolio?

My Tattoos do not fit into one of your already predefined categories? How can I add / create a category to put my tattoos into?
TopOur back end editors would be more than happy to create a new category / genre for you. Please contact us and we will create the appropriate category for your work.

Can I edit the Title, Description, and Tags of my tattoos once they have been accepted?
TopYES. You can edit and amend the Titles, Descriptions, and Tags from your ORGANIZE page under My Approved Files.

How will I know when my tattoo(s) is approved?
TopAfter entering the information, ChooseTattoos will check out your tattoos within 1-2 business days and only if your content is disapproved will we send you a notification email. In most disapproval cases, we will provide the reason for disapproval. If your tattoos are approved, they will go live into the ChooseTattoos archive immediately upon approval by our editors.

Can I delete a “Pending” file that’s appearing in the My Account profile page but has not yet been submitted to your editors queue for review?
TopYES – there is a delete button in each Pending files edit pane and if you click this icon, your Pending file will be deleted.

What other information will I need to provide with my tattoo?
TopAfter uploading your tattoo image you will need to add a stencil/line drawing file, keywords (at least 5), description and (viewable) title for the tattoo. After this is done simply submit for approval.
If you have over 500 individual tattoos with accompanying line drawings/stencils you want to upload at once, and are familiar with Microsoft Excel, contact us for more information on how to save a ton of time. We have mass tagging and ingestion methods which will save you hours.
Before you start uploading, don't forget to keep the tips from the "tagging" section in mind, and if you haven't read it yet, we strongly suggest you do, it will only help make you more money in the long run.

How many tattoos can I upload in a single day?
TopThere is no maximum amount to the number of uploads you can submit.

What type of file should I upload?
TopYour highest resolution JPEG file available, and a corresponding line drawing/stencil of the same size and dimensions (to be added in the Pending Submission section.
Upload the tattoo image in UPLOAD section and the stencil in Pending Submission section).

How do I submit tattoos to you?
TopClick the SIGN UP Link found on the homepage. Fill out the registration form and agree to our terms of use. Please be sure to fill out your profile completely including adding a profile photo or logo. Once logged in, you will be able to start uploading your tattoos.
NOTE: If you have a large portfolio of over 500 tattoos with accompanying line drawings, contact us and we can send you a hard drive and do the uploading for you.

Can I upload something that I did NOT create myself?
TopNO – This is a violation of our terms and conditions – Do not even attempt to perform an action of this sort.
